Shipping Operations
When We Ship:
• Our dedicated shipping team is hard at work Monday through Friday, from 9am to 6pm, excluding major holidays.
Processing Time:
• For in-stock items, we typically process and ship orders within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends). Please note, this timeframe does not apply to orders that include pre-order items that haven’t arrived yet. During sales, product launches, or special promotions, processing may take a bit longer—around 7-10 business days, excluding weekends.
Tracking Your Order:
• As soon as we print your shipping label, you’ll receive a tracking confirmation via email. Keep in mind that a printed label means your order is in the queue and being processed, but hasn’t been shipped just yet. We’re a small, dedicated team at Dramatica Beauty, so your patience is greatly appreciated as we work to get your order to you. If you haven’t received your tracking information after 10 business days, please reach out—we’re here to help!
