Returns & Exchanges


At Dramatica Beauty, we want you to love every piece you add to your collection. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns:


If you’re not completely enchanted with your purchase, we accept returns of unused, unworn, and unwashed items within 7 days of delivery—excluding certain items (see the list below).
Domestic Customers: To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our returns/exchange portal: [Insert Return Portal URL].
International Customers: At this time, our return/exchange portal is not available for international customers. If you need assistance, please contact our team at support@dramaticabeauty.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Returns and exchanges are processed within 10 business days of receipt.

Important Details:


All returned merchandise must have original tags attached and include any accessories that came with it, such as belts or pins.
Items must be in pristine condition—no signs of wear, stains, makeup, deodorant marks, snags, or any other damage. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if an item is deemed soiled or damaged, and in such cases, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
Vinyl items should be returned in their original packaging, wrapped in white tissue paper, and sealed in a clear bag. Please ensure the item is folded and packed neatly to avoid damage.

Exchanges:


Exchanges are only available for the same item.
We’ll send out your exchanged item once we receive the original back.
We cover shipping costs for one exchange per order.
Multiple exchanges for the same item are not permitted.
Currently, exchanges are only available for our U.S. customers due to high international shipping costs.
Please note that original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you’re responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

Returnable Items:


Items in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
Incorrectly shipped items.
Damaged or flawed items.

Non-Returnable/Refundable Items:


All makeup products.
Lingerie items.
Mystery bags.
Gift or promotional items.
FINAL SALE items.
Items not purchased from our online store.
Gift cards.
Items that show signs of wear or damage, such as stains, makeup, deodorant marks, snags, cigarette smoke, perfume, animal or human hair, etc.

Return Charges:


We do not charge a restocking fee.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
If any item or element is missing, the return may be denied or deducted from your refund.

Refunds:


Please allow 4-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card account; it may appear on your next statement.
PayPal refunds should process within 24 hours.
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. If that’s not possible, we can offer store credit.
