Pre-Order Policy

At Dramatica Beauty, we strive to provide you with the best possible experience, even when it comes to pre-orders. Please note that we only ship complete orders. Due to the complexity of our pre-order storage system, we are unable to split orders that contain both in-stock and pre-order items.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-ordered items, we will hold your entire order until all items are available for shipment. Each pre-order item comes with an estimated shipping timeframe, but please remember that this is just an estimate. While we do our best to meet these timelines, unforeseen global shipping delays and material shortages—still lingering from the pandemic—may cause delays.

To avoid extended wait times, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items. This way, you can receive your in-stock items without delay while we prepare your pre-order items for shipment.
